Job Purpose

• Maintain existing IT infrastructure to include hardware, software, network, and customer applications;

• SCCM Administration.

Key Job Elements

• SCCM Application Packaging and Deployment Services;

• SCCM Patch Management for workstations and server fleet;

• SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD) Configuration with MDT Integration;

• Conduct planned maintenance and daily tasks to include backups, equipment inventories and system performance checks;

• Assist Information Technology Support Center (ITSC) and the global IT Field Technicians in gathering customer requirements, troubleshoot technical issues and support our user base assets;

• MBAM (Bitlocker) Configuration and Deployment via SCCM;

• Maintain existing IT infrastructure to include hardware, software, network, and customer applications;

• Work with the Application Services group, Database Services group and Network Services group on systems deployment, development and support;

• Insure systems adhere to corporate standards and Sarbanes Oxley compliance;

• Install / Upgrade systems as required;

• Employ strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communications skills to ensure successful systems implementations.

Education / Training

• Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• SCCM Administration;

• PowerShell Automation and Scripting;

• SQL Reporting;

• Good understanding of AD group policies and DNS;

• Windows Server Configuration and Administration – 5-7 years’ experience;

• Excellent organizational skills;

• Communicate effectively;

• The use of good judgment and good interpersonal communication skills;

• Exercises confidentiality and discretion;

• Strong problem solving skills;

• Works diligently to achieve goals in a timely manner.
