Primary responsibilities include coordinating and supporting process documentation/improvements in receiving, stocking, kitting, shipping, cycle counting and line stocking duties. Additionally, create and update standard work for all areas of the distribution center. Monitoring/tracking all operator training and certifications. Ensure all Hazmat training and material storage compliant to OSHA standards, including hazardous material identification.

•Create/improve process documentation and standard work
•Lead process improvement projects
•Work with area team leads to ensure all processes are properly executed
•Work closely with support groups to implement process improvements in the DC
•Update/publish all value stream training matrix
•Perform operator training signoff/certifications
•Monitor/execute PCN process for standard work updates/training
•Coordinate operator training with value stream section managers
•Ensure compliance to all Hazmat material storage
•Provide necessary support for daily metrics reporting
•Perform and lead RCCA activities for continuous improvement
•Assists in other areas and duties as assigned by supervision.
Education / Training
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications and Experience
•Demonstrated understanding of supply chain management practices
•Demonstrated high-level of conceptual, quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Demonstrated advanced level understanding of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and macros) and/or other analytical tools.
•Demonstrated strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills
•Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships
•Must possess and demonstrate a strong detail orientation and focus on work accuracy, as well as time and task management skills
•Comfortable working "hands-on" in a fast paced, high pressure environment;
•SAP/LN experience a significant plus, some type of ERP system experience required
•Project team experience
•Experience in one or more of the following areas: Inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management/analysis, production/kitting planning, supplier management, or master data management
•Must be able to team lift up to 55 lbs.; must be able to push and pull up to 125 lbs.; frequent bending and reaching is required
